Please RSVP.\n– 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm\, Networking and food!\n– 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm\, meeting (in person and/or remote)\n– Meeting Adjourned\nTo add to the agenda\, please email upalmahbub@yahoo.com.\nAgenda:\n– Meeting Start (Call to order)\n– Approve prior meeting minutes (Minutes to be approved will be in the media section of this vTools event)\n– Student branch reporting\n– Follow up on USD\, CSUSM activities and SDSU activity reports for branch vitality.\n– Officer Reporting\n– Discussion Topics\n– IEEE EPS Packaging Design and Characterization Summer School: Fund Requested 1000$.\nRequest Detail in Attachment.\nTo close the remaining budget gap and ensure successful execution of the summer school\, we respectfully request $1\,000 in financial support from the IEEE San Diego Section.\nThis support will help us provide a high-quality educational experience\, maintain free registration for student attendees\, and strengthen engagement between IEEE\, local universities\, and the semiconductor industry.\nIn addition\, we would appreciate any suggestions from the ExCom regarding potential sponsors or additional funding sources that may be interested in supporting this initiative.\nThank you for considering this request.
