Attention Graduating Class of Fall 2026/Spring 2027!
We are excited to announce the launch of the IEEE Region 6 Graduation Stole Program for the upcoming graduation season!
Undergraduate and Graduate Student members across Region 6 are invited to share their IEEE journey and experiences for a chance to win an IEEE graduation stole to wear proudly at their commencement ceremony. This program celebrates your achievements and highlights the impact of IEEE students and young professionals throughout our region. Join us as we celebrate this momentous milestone for the IEEE Graduating Class of Fall 2026/Spring 2027!

How it works
Selected applicants will receive an IEEE graduation stole in exchange for sharing insight that helps showcase the experiences of IEEE members. Content submissions include:

A short written reflection about your IEEE journey and how it shaped your student experience or career aspirations
–
Photo of you wearing your graduation stole
–
A short video message sharing advice for future IEEE students
Your stories will help inspire future members and highlight the incredible accomplishments of Region 6 graduates.
Note: Stoles will not be shipped to your residence. There will be a Section-coordinated distribution effort to connect you with your Section and its Young Professionals!
Eligibility
–
Current IEEE student members (undergraduate or graduate) graduating this term (Fall/Winter 2026) or next (Spring 2027)
–
Located within IEEE Region 6 (Western USA)
–
Willing to submit agreed-upon content after receiving the stole

Applications are due by 7 October 2026 , 11:59 PM (PDT).
